GENERAL/STORY:
Shingo is a big fan
of Kyo, whom he realized went to
the same high school as he did. Shingo immediately pestered Kyo to teach
him his moves. After finally getting bored, Kyo showed him the moves, one time (this makes Shingo his only student). Shingo carefully noted them
down and tried to imitate them. After the Orochi
battle, Kyo gave him his gloves and disappeared. Shingo joined Benimaru
to try and find his hero. Saisyu is now teaching
Shingo, but he'll never have the hereditary Kusanagi flames... Although
in the KOF 2003 endings, he says he actually created fire.

REVIEW:
Shingo-KEEEEIK!!!
What can you really say about good ol' Shingo? He was the first real "comic relief"
character in the KOF series, and is still one of the most memorable "funny
guys" of all time. Most of his mannerisms are nothing short of hilarious, and
he's got one of the most vibrant personalities in the KOF series. His moves
aren't half bad either, he's actually come a long way!
