GENERAL/STORY:
Coming from a rich
family, Robert still preferred to stay with Ryo
and Yuri, practicing his karate.
When Takuma disappeared, the slightly
older Robert became like a father for them. But when Yuri was kidnapped,
they set out to clear up in Southtown. He later helped a friend, Freia,
find Wyler. He is also in love
with Yuri.

REVIEW:
Robert can be
seen in a variety of stylish European-flavored outfits, all of which suit his
persona well. He also changes his fighting
style from game to game, if fact, more than any other character I can think of.
The fact that he's changed it up so much has kept him a fresh design, as he's
nearly a different character in every game he's appeared in.
In
1995, Capcom decided to mock Robert Garcia and the Kyokugen style by creating Dan
(to get revenge for some of SNK's rip offs of Capcom characters). Dan uses the
same fist thrusting taunt as Robert used in AOF2 (which he actually stopped
doing). Overall, Robert is a classic SNK character that adds flavor to any game
he appears in. I gotta say his appearance in KOF XII is badass, and as actually
one of the best versions of him ever... He's possibly my favorite character to
use in KOF XII.
