GENERAL/STORY:
A
young punk from England. He grew up learning to fight with a staff. Soon
Geese picked him up as his right-hand man. Armed
with a three-sectioned special staff, Billy met the young Terry
and was defeated. Some years later, he entered KoF together with Eiji and
Iori, but was thrashed up by the latter after their defeat. Eager to get
his revenge, he went with Yamazaki
and
Blue Mary to investigate the Orochi power
for Geese. Soon thereafter, Geese was killed and Billy left in charge.

REVIEW:
He's
been around for a while, but never was one of my favorite SNK characters; even though I'm a
pretty decent bo staff user myself.
SNK did a fair job at developing him into a better design after all these
years, because his earlier outfits really weren't much to write home about. His "laugh"
was always annoying, and his face kinda pisses me off too... What a weirdo. He stands for a positive
message at least...
"No smoking."
