GENERAL/STORY:
Also
known as "Big Bear," Raiden has fought many of the greats, such as Terry
Bogard. He fights with brute strength and has years of pro-wrestling
experience. He's also loosely based on the real life pro wrestler, Big
Van Vader.

REVIEW:
He started off as
a stereotypical and somewhat basic fighting game wrestler, but since they
brought him back in several games; he actually developed quite nicely. He 's got all the trademarks
of a classic pro-wrestler, hence a very overconfident and goofy personality;
which pretty much became the meat of of his design in the Capcom VS SNK
series. Speaking of meat... "You ahhh dead meat!"
Cracks
me up every time.
It was a nice surprise
to see him appear in KOF XII, and he does a pretty good job as the wrestler
/ big guy of the game. He's as fat as ever, but has a new "coolness"
about him in KOF XII, his super move should be a bit better. I look forward
to seeing him develop even more in the sequels.
