Xiangfei ran a restaurant and practiced martial arts. She got to fight
or at least see the legendary Terry, Andy
and Joe in action, and wanted
to join the KoF tournament like they had. One day a customer refused to
pay at her restaurant. Fighting this woman, Xiangfei realized that she
had found a good team partner - Kasumi
Todo. Joined by King and Blue-Mary,
they entered the KOF99 tournament. And she also has an enormous appetite.

Besides being some
pretty good comic relief, Xiangfei seems to be SNK's rendition of Chun
Li... And geez, she's always eating. Maybe that's why she's not in
too many fighting games.
