Entertainment and Capcom announced an official crossover event combining Apex
Legends and Street
Fighter 6.
The limited-time event runs globally from Sept. 22nd to October
13th, bringing thematic map changes, a dedicated game mode, and
multiple cosmetic bundles to the first-person shooter. The
collab. introduces a modified version of the Olympus map alongside a
special Wildcard Takeover mode. The arena includes environmental details
modeled after SF6 elements, such as Luke's Gym, arcade cabinets,
fighting mats, and statues. During the Wildcard Takeover, players can
utilize a "Fighter Form" ability. This mechanic grants access to
specific fighting styles based on Street Fighter characters—specifically
Ryu, Chun-Li,
Akuma, and Dhalsim—providing
enhanced melee combat, blocking, double jumps, and teleport dashes.

Character Skins
The update features eight
primary legend skins designed to transform characters into members of the SF6 roster. The confirmed character
match-ups are:

Additionally, an Epic
skin featuring Lifeline as Li-Fen will be available through the event
reward shop. Art director Alisa Rastorgueva noted that the character
models were modified during development to accommodate the structural
proportions required for the crossover.
Alongside the character cosmetics, eight weapons receive themed skins,
including the R-99, EVA-8, Flatline, Volt, G7 Scout, Mozambique, Sentinel,
and Peacekeeper. The event also introduces a Mythic Universal Melee
cosmetic titled the "Hadoken," alongside standard event
trackers, holosprays, and badges available throughout the three-week
window.
