GENERAL/STORY:
He's supposedly a
robot created by the Postwar Administration Bureau, and was made to look
like Ky Kiske to fool people (good
luck with a face like that). His job is to gather data on people and kill
possible "nuisances." Robo-Ky started out as a rip-off sprite edit of Ky,
but in later sequels, Robo Ky started developing into his own character
with some quite entertaining special moves and taunts.

REVIEW:
The first thing I
thought when I saw Robo-Ky was "Booo... Palette swap", and
originally he was, but they reinvented him in #Reload with some awesome new
moves and mannerisms. His voice is beyond hilarious, right along with his insane
moves. He turned out being an epic comic relief in the GGX series.
