The remains that Bilstein discarded. It is an unthinking entity and is purely obsessed with slaying Hayato. If it defeats Hayato, it will deem Hayato as too weak and will destroy anything in his path to find the "real" Hayato.

REVIEW:
He of course looks very similar to the original Bilstein with a few subtle differences. Besides a few moves and the official story, he's not much different. I think the original Bilstein helmet is cooler than this one, but Ghost Bilstein's sword is pretty cool.
