GENERAL/STORY:
Bilstein leads the 4th Empire in it's conquest of the galaxy. Once a physics expert on Earth, he developed plasma weapons. He now employs these weapons in his attempts to conquer Earth along with his war clones and robots... The guy's just mad! Ghost Bilstein is another form of Bilstein.

REVIEW:
He could very easily be called the Darth Vader of the Star Gladiator series. He's not too bad for a boss, but somewhat generic at the same time. Extra points for the generic "wants to conquer Earth" storyline... Come on now, that's just too good.
