Foxy
has a futuristic & unique look, but her outfit may be a bit much...
Her outfit is obscure and so is her color scheme. Her fighting style isn't
bad though, but she just doesn't seem to fit into KOF all that well; and
maybe SNK realizes this, which is why she only appeared in a few games.
