Capcom Arcade Stadium Coming to Switch in 2021

  

Capcom announced a digital collection of 32 arcade classics titled Capcom Arcade Stadium, coming to Nintendo Switch in February 2021. Of course, this collection will feature several classic 2D fighting games, including: Street Fighter II: World Warrior, Street Fighter II' Hyper Fighting, Super Street Fighter II Turbo, and even Cyberbots: Full Metal Madness. The collection will release as a free download for Nintendo Switch owners, with various game packs sold separately (details below). Capcom Arcade Stadium will have a variety of special options, such as: visual filters, a rewind feature, speed settings, new difficulty settings, global leaderboards for each title, and weekly challenges.



 

Starting in February 2021, Capcom will release 3 individual packs of titles for this collection. Each pack will contain 10 games from different eras:

  •    "Arcade Revolution"    1989 - 1991
  •    "Arcade Evolution"    1992 - 2001
