BIO:

Nemesis first appeared in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis as the primary antagonist. The product of years of research, the Umbrella Corporation deploys Nemesis to hunt and kill all surviving members of Special Tactics and Rescue Service. The game’s protagonist, Jill Valentine, encounters Nemesis outside Raccoon City’s police station, where it brutally murders Brad Vickers. Nemesis continues to stalk Valentine throughout the game until she defeats it.

Nemesis is known for its inhuman strength, relentlessness, stamina, and high intellect when compared to other monsters. Unlike the various Tyrant monsters before it, Nemesis is capable of using weaponry and firearms. It is
armed with a rocket launcher that was specifically modified for Nemesis, and is too heavy for a human to carry. Nemesis is the most resilient B.O.W. the Umbrella Corporation ever created.

Nemesis' primary mission is to eliminate all S.T.A.R.S. members. It will ignore all other potential targets when a S.T.A.R.S. member is nearby. However, it will also eliminate anything that gets between it and its target, or something that is a threat.

I have to admit, Nemesis is the scariest Resident Evil monster I ever encountered in the series. Playing RE3 for the first time (in 1999), I believe I was upstairs in the police station, and when Nemesis busted through the wall without warning... I freakin' jumped out of my chair. XD No other video game monster ever gave me a scare like that... so props to you Nemesis.

He is a pretty cool design when it comes down to it, and out of any RE monster to cross over to the VS series as a playable character, I think Nemesis deserves it.  Y'know, I'd really like to see Nemesis VS Juggernaut.... T'would be quite the match-up. *sigh* If only Capcom would put Juggy in UMVC3. Anyhow, Nemesis translated into a pretty solid fighting game character, but I do think his animations & moveset could've been better. For one, I think it looks really odd when he turns around so quickly (when he walks backwards)... it just looks silly.
