GENERAL/STORY:
As a child, Pepe was very adventurous. One time, he traveled to an ancient ruin and found a scroll. This scroll had the spirit of a green dragon, Quetzalcoatl. He kept the scroll, and used it to train and improve his fighting skills. It seemed to give him a new edge in battle, and he was able to perform all kinds of new movements. Pepe's real name is Jose Rodriguez.

REVIEW:
He seems to have a considerable amount of charisma and his outfit isn't bad but is on the boring side. His fighting style, however, leaves a lot to be desired. There doesn't seem to be a clear "direction" with this design... He's just kinda generic... End of story really.
