GENERAL/STORY:
A disturbed child, he was an orphan, along with Cass... When he was 12, he set fire to the orphanage and escaped with Cass as well... Cass and himself lived on the streets for quite a while... He had scuffles with a few local gangs... After Oni was badly hurt after a fight, a local preacher, Elias, took him, and Cass, into his own care... But Oni kept fighting... This caused Elias to believe that Oni was driven by some kind of demon... Elias tried to help, but it was no use... Oni became so addicted to fighting that he actually attacked his childhood friend, Cass... Oni left Elias's care and took to the streets as a street fighter... He became quite popular among the locals.

REVIEW:
I don't know what it is about this guy, but he reminds me of a rat. His cloths are a bit too tight for him to be "cool" and I'm really not sure about his outfit in general. Some of his moves are alright, but others are pretty boring. I also don't remember this guy from any of the original Double Dragon games... I'm pretty sure he's a new design made especially for ROTD.
