GENERAL/STORY:
Ninon is the younger sister of Mignon Beart, and is very different from her older sister. Instead, Ninon is the cool and mature nihilist. It would seem that she is the exact opposite of her sister; her dress style is Gothic Lolita, greatly contradicting to the cheerful idol-style clothing her sister wears.

She also seems to be some kind of puppeteer, as in Mignon's story, Ninon can control a doll and uses it to torment Mignon, showing her magical knowledge is superior. To her chagrin, it is Mignon who once again receives an invitation to the KOF tournament as she wants to prove to Mignon that she is not only the superior witch, but the superior fighter, too.

In gameplay, she plays mostly like Mignon, with a few exceptions, like a teleport and full-screen meteor attack. Also, many of her attacks have incantations that involve the Angels, like Michael ("Michael on my right/Wada migete ni Mikaeru"), Uriel ("Uriel on my left/Wada hidarite ni Urieru"), and Rafael ("Rafael before me/Wada mae ni Rafaeru").

REVIEW:
She's definitely much cooler looking than her sister... Her Gothic Lolita attire is well designed and seems to work with her fighting style, though she is a pretty annoying character to fight against especially due to her stupid teleport move. Her place in the KOF series isn't really defined and neither is her personality, and it's likely she won't make a return... Overall she's kinda lacking as a KOF design.
