for a chance to beat Gill, but was
caught. However, his girlfriend Effie managed to save him, and they are
now fugitives together. His real name is "Illia."

REVIEW:
Even though he clearly
takes the place of Dhalsim
in the SF3 series with those stretchy limbs, Necro is still an original design.
He's definitely one of the most bizarre characters in the Street Fighter
universe and thus adds a new twist to the series (cheap pun intended).
