King Lion was the boss of Savage Reign, and is responsible for holding the Battle of the Beast God tournament, wielding a sword called "The Sword of Leo." He is also the boss of Neo Geo Battle Coliseum. He also appeared as King's Striker in King of Fighters 2000.

REVIEW:
Talk about coming back from the dead, King Lion made a pretty epic return from the SNK vaults, looking really pissed off since the days of Savage Reign and Kizuna Encounter... Probably since those games never became popular.

King Lion has a somewhat strange appearance, sort of a mix between a super-hero and a knight if you ask me. His design looks like it's attempting to be futuristic, but then in his old designs he wore boxing gloves... Boxing gloves?!? Do you really need boxing gloves if you have a giant sword? Doesn't make much sense there... Anyhow, he didn't look too bad in KOF2000, and is even kinda badass in Neo Geo Battle Coliseum. He's got some killer new moves.
