REVIEW:
I think he looks kinda dumb... At best. He's got short, stubby legs, uninspiring moves, he walks like a dumbass, and wow what an ugly outfit he has. His appearance in Neo Geo Battle Coliseum gave him some better moves (like that's saying much), but he still looks dumb to me... And he's a Vegeta wannabe if I've ever seen one.
