GENERAL/STORY:
Chaka is man who found a sword containing the stand Anubis. Immediately, the sword took over his mind and turned him to evil. Chaka attacked Polnareff but was crippled in defeat.

Don't know much about this guy... All I know is he looks like a weirdo, much like the rest of the Jojo's cast. His moves are pretty cool at least.
