Virtua Fighter Direct Reveals
New Look for Wolf Hawkfield, VF5
R.E.V.O. Coming to Consoles

 During
this weekend's EVO Japan 2025, Sega hosted a Virtua Fighter Direct presentation
which confirmed a third returning character for the upcoming
in-development brand new Virtua Fighter game. The short trailer
reveals a new look for VF's resident pro-wrestler Wolf
Hawkfield, with official concept artwork also shown during the
presentation. It appears a newcomer with boxing as his fighting style
(briefly teased during the presentation) is also in development for the
new Virtua Fighter. Additionally, Sega announced
Virtua
Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. is coming to consoles complete with crossplay.

During the presentation, Sega explained their inspirations behind Wolf's
new design and shared official Concept Artwork. Also check out some

in January of this year, Sega launched Virtua
Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. on Steam which is an updated version of VF5:
Ultimate Showdown released in 2021. Today, Sega confirmed VF5
R.E.V.O. is on the way to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and
Nintendo Switch 2 with crossplay enabled.
