Cartoon Announced, Official Trailer

 During
EVO 2026, Bandai Namco announced a new upcoming animation, "TEKKEN!
Cartoon", a brand-new animated shorts project that completely
reimagines the iconic, gritty fighting game franchise into a colorful,
comedic cartoon. The series introduces a drastic shift in style, moving
away from hyper-realistic martial arts into a lighthearted, "chibi-esque"
aesthetic. In the debut teaser trailer, iconic TEKKEN
characters such as Kazuya
Mishima, Kuma, Yoshimitsu,
Paul, and Alisa
make an appearance and are seen wearing their TEKKEN
8 threads.
The
team behind the new animation includes Amehiro (Character Designer &
Animator), Shimpei Umeda (Designer), and Masateru Miyamoto, Syohei
Hashimoto & Hironori Hasegawa (Planner / Creative Planners). Other
than the trailer, Bandai Namco did not reveal details on where fans can
watch the show nor did they announce a release date. We'll keep you
