Kimberly invited herself to become Guy's
student, who is the 39th successor to Bushinryu after defeating
his master Zeku, the 39th successor.
Kimberly had an ordinary upbringing, but she's a prodigy who graduated college
early and now wants to be a full-fledged ninja. She is infatuated with '80s pop
culture when the portable cassette player was at its peak
popularity, hence why she always carries one with her.

Kimberly seems
like a perfect newcomer for Street Fighter 6. Her visual design and
animations are jaw-dropping right from the get-go! A student of Guy?
Awesome. The Bushinryu inspirations are as clear as day. Kim even has a variety
of techniques very similar to SFV's Zeku. Even
if you're not immediately drawn in by her visual design, her moves are undeniably
stylish, interesting, and pay homage to classic
Street Fighter characters. What more could you want from a series newcomer? She's
really fun to watch.
Kimberly and KOF XV's Isla should have a graffiti
battle in Capcom Vs. SNK 3. lol. Not to throw unnecessary shade on SNK,
but Kimberly's animation quality, moveset, and Super Art looks far more
compelling and fleshed out over Isla's. This might be one of the prime examples
of how Capcom's 3D animation is still leagues ahead of SNK's in this current
gen.
