BIO:

Kilgore (codename designation UA-CCIX) is a new character introduced in the post-Season Three content of Killer Instinct (2013). Part of a vintage series of heavy assault cyborgs that were manufactured by Ultratech in the distant past, this war machine is the last remaining unit of the decommissioned CCIX precursor series to the Fulgore cyborgs. Kilgore was placed in storage by ARIA after it was found to display a sense of self-awareness, having independently altered its own programming.

Killgore looks like an overgrown evil stapler with chainguns. Seriously KI designers, was your inspiration a "stapler on your desk" for this design? Bored much? Like General RAAM, Kilgore looks like a FPS badguy that you kill in 30 seconds or less... and then you move on. First thoughts upon seeing Kilgore's design (besides the stapler inspiration)? ..."I bet he shoots stuff." Woooow.... thought-provoking. Very "90's bad guy," at least. In fairness, he's not the worst new design in Killer Instinct Season 3. His moveset is somewhat interesting in some ways, but still mostly boring.

Granted, it's hard to make a robot design have a interesting personality... but it seems like Kilgore wasn't even trying. At least he does his "hair" like his big brother, Fulgore, so he kinda blends in with the roster.
