Nagisa is a detective, investigating
the suspicious activities of the Organization with a policewoman sent from
New York City named Tracy.
Although the two are completely different in their approach to their work,
they agree to enter the third Toshinden tournament together.

Nagisa was a
pretty slick character in Toshinden 3... He was also one of the first gun
users to appear in a mainstream fighting game, which was interesting to try out.
His outfit design is pretty good overall, but as a character... Yeah,
underdeveloped.
