GENERAL/STORY:
Like Goro, Kintaro is a Shokan, a race native to Outworld. Before the Outworld tournament, Kintaro was Shao Kahn's bodyguard. He wasn't the most intelligent fighter in Outworld, but he made up for it with brute strength.

REVIEW:
Instead of re-inventing Goro in MK2, Midway went with a new four-armed boss as if to say "Goro is dead now, since you beat him in the first game." Which was cool... A sequel should get a new boss. Kintaro passed as a pretty cool and brutal final boss, even though he looks kinda dumb at times. His return return in MK: Armageddon didn't do anything for his design, but it was a decent attempt at bringing him back.
