	Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown × TEKKEN 7

  

No, it's not a mod... it's REAL LIFE! Announced this weekend during the Virtua Fighter Challenge Cup Season 0 Finals, Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown is officially getting a collaboration with TEKKEN 7. While it's not the "Virtua Fighter Vs. TEKKEN" that 3D fighting game players have been dreaming about for decades, the crossover will feature several Virtua Fighter characters showing up in TEKKEN 7 skins. Seen in the teaser trailer (below) is Akira Yuki with a Kazuya Mishima skin, and Lau Chan with a Heihachi skin. The collaboration isn't only costumes... as Life Bars and "Round 1 / Ready" visuals are also swapped out with TEKKEN 7 versions. The VF5:US dojo stage has also been reworked to resemble the Mishima dojo! So far, only two crossover costumes have been revealed... but if last year's Yakuza collaboration is anything to go by, there are very likely several more characters to be seen in this crazy collaboration.       This story is developing and more details will be posted soon...
