Unika appears in the animation series Guilty Gear -STRIVE- Dual Rulers and became a playable character in Guilty Gear -STRIVE- Season 4 in May 2025. Unika is introduced in the storyline as "a girl of unknown origins who appears out of nowhere". She holds a hostility towards all Gears and plots to destroy every last one of them. It is later revealed that Unika is a half-Gear herself, but she does not know this about herself early on. She is the biological daughter of Dizzy and Ky Kiske from an alternate dark future. Until a brief talk with Bridget along with remembering Sin Kiske's determination to prevent second Crusades, then when she found out that she herself is a Gear and had been used as a disposable tool by Future Nerville entire time, she is revealed to be naïve and gullible. At some point after December 2187, Unika encounters Sin Kiske, who is on his way to his parents' wedding ceremony.
