Kim Dragon

BIO:

Kim Dragon is a martial arts superstar who stars in several movies. His fame is compared to that of singers, but he wants to be a great fighter as well. He is said to be from Korea, although we all know he is a Bruce Lee wannabe, and that Bruce Lee is Chinese. In the first World Heroes he was said to be Chinese, but ADK actually changed his nationality to Korean after that.

This Bruce Lee wannabe actually appeared BEFORE Fei Long! While painfully simple in some ways, Dragon is a pretty cool early 90's homage to Bruce Lee. Some of his stances and animations aren't terrible for the time. However, I definitely remember playing several 80's/90's Bruce Lee video games that featured far more impressive "Bruce Lee style" 2D animations than Kim Dragon. For one, Bruce Lee's sprite from the Atari Jaguar title, Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story (1994), kinda puts Kim Dragon's sprite and animations to shame. In my opinion, Fei Long did it better in the 90's. Much better.

At the least, it makes sense for a Bruce Lee clone to appear in a game called "World Heroes". However, Dragon kinda gives off a cheap "dollar store Bruce Lee" vibe. Y'know, like a cheap knock-off bootleg Bruce Lee action figure.  On the same isle, Fei Long is like a shiny articulated action figure from Hasbro. And by this measurement, Marshall Law would be a $500 collector's statue from PCS! ;) lol. Wah-taaaah.
