	Street Fighter V Concept Art For Blanka & Cody

  

Two more veterans have joined the Street Fighter V's concept artwork library. This time Capcom released SFV concepts for Blanka and Cody, complete with their bios, and both fighters show off updated appearances. For anyone who likes to use (or mains) Blanka or Cody, their inclusion in SFV's concept art offers some hope that they might eventually appear as playable characters.   Name: Blanka Height: 6' 3 (192cm) Weight: 216lbs (98kg) Blood type: B Birthday: 12th of February Country of origin: Brazil Likes: Samantha, arapaima, tropical fruits Dislikes: Army ants Introduction: He gained his electric powers in a battle with an electric eel! He unleashed fierce rolling body attacks! (Those made for real painful counter hits back in the day...) It's Blanka. His real name is Jimmy. Bio: Ever since the airplane he was riding as a child crashed in the depths of the jungle, he's survived on his own as a child of the wilderness. His specialty is making fun of his opponent and using unpredictable movement. Oh, and the "Samantha" listed in his likes is his mother!   Name: Cody Height: 6' 0 (185cm) Weight: 176lbs (80kg) Blood type: O Birthday: 18th of April Country of Origin: U.S.A. Likes: Picking fights Dislikes: Being lectured Introduction: This time, it's the Final Fight protagonist, who brought down the crime organization Mad Gear with nothing but his fists (and knives, and steel pipes, and wooden swords). This man knows all about beatdowns. Bio: Once, he was the hero who saved Metro City, but unable to adjust to a peaceful life, he was imprisoned after being involved in numerous violent events. He's very well-versed in using knives. He has a younger brother named Kyle.   (Related SFV News): Capcom stated on Twitter that Ibuki was planned to be released at the end of May / beginning of June, but there were "unforeseen delays".
