Kongou is an Oni that disguised himself as a man named Tanuma. He aims to destroy Kenji, if not wreaking havoc in general. He inhabits the Zipang stage of Warzard.

I gotta say, he's pretty cool looking goblin/demon design... He works as a bad guy for the series, but I'm not sure he'd fit into any other Capcom fighting games.
