GENERAL/STORY:
A former yakuza,
living in a fictional version of Shinjuku, Tokyo populated by humans and
yokai (Japanese spirits). He is one of the titular karas, humans appointed
as superpowered agents of the land. Able to transform into a car, an aircraft,
and an armored crusader; the skilled swordsman is to stop his corrupt predecessor,
Eko, from taking over Tokyo.

REVIEW:
I did see the
first anime/movie
a few years back...
It was decent, but honestly not what I'd call one of my favorites. I think
Karas is maybe a little too "intricate" as a design visually,
and lacks some personality; but he is undeniably a badass in TvC and has
a great fighting style. I thought I'd like him
more though, because a lot of the other characters are more fun to use IMO. He still fits into Tatsunoko VS Capcom very well as
the "dark & mysterious" character.
