Kamui is Sasuke's friend and rival. Despite this friendship, he's looking for Sasuke to kill him, which is supposed to be in accordance to ninja law. Pretty dumbass law, if you ask me.

He's a generic ninja design if I've ever seen one... He's pretty cool to use in the game I guess, but I'm pretty sure we won't be seeing this guy in a fighting game besides Ninja Masters.
