GENERAL/STORY:
Ashley used to be
a member of the Royal Guard that is sword to protect the royal family of
Roselia. He continues to protect princess Olivia,
even though he is no longer a guard. Ashley is good at speedy attacks and
confusing his opponents. He likes to steal the heart of his opponent and
damage them even more.

When I first saw
Ashley in the game I thought he was very... *cough* Gay. *cough*
Then
I got around to picking him, and yeah; he's a bit overly-flamboyant, but
he has some rather cool moves too. And after playing through the story
mode, I found out he's not actually gay since he's clearly in love with
Olivia (and no, I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with being gay).
We've seen other "flamboyant" male characters like this in fighting games
(like Ash, and funny how they have
similar first names), but if you're open minded; you might end up appreciating
these designs like I have.
