REVIEW:
Ocha-maru is a crazy design... Original, weird, and kinda spooky all at the same time. Some of Ocha-maru's moves are well done, while others (like her super) are kinda uninspired at don't really have that "oomph". One of the better "new" Samurai Shodown designs, but not the series' best.
