General:
A aged hermit whose
powers gave him an extremely long life (He is 140 years old). However,
he senses that he must find a new student and enters the third tournament.
There he beats everyone up to the finals, where he meets Ryu.
Impressed with him, Oro beats Ryu and then drops out of the tournament.
He later seeks out Ryu and takes him as a student. How this will affect
Ryu in future games is not known. He sealed his arm for a fair fight.
