Gon is the first "guest character" to appear in any fighting game... and he's still one of GOATs. A hilarious and secret character to appear only in the PS1 home version of TEKKEN 3 - (Namco's way of telling everyone PS1 was the place for fighting games at the time). Gon's moveset is cleverly designed and deeper than you might expect. He has interesting tech that other Tekken characters don't have... including an epic fart attack. lol. Gon's comical moveset and playstyle was especially entertaining in a 3D martial arts-based fighting game like TEKKEN (and a great way of showing the designers were having fun). Also, Gon's brilliant "Loop" FMV ending is timeless (literally), legendary, and easily one of the best fighting game endings of all time.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who misses Gon a little... but then again, Gon doesn't really "belong" in TEKKEN. In the modern era of TEKKEN, I can't see him fitting in with the rest of the cast (without being a bit annoying to fight against and completely break the game). On a side note, I wonder if Gon is at all related to Hauser... they both have the stubby T-Rex arms. Hard to punch with those.
