GENERAL/STORY:
Making his debut
in Mortal Kombat: Deception, this Seidan guard-turned-mercenary is neutral.
Dairou usually gets the job done as quickly as possible, but there might
be some honor left in his cynical heart.
He was once a highly
respected Seidan guardsman, much like Hotaru,
but he was imprisoned when he attacked and killed the man who he was led
to believe murdered his family. In Deception's Konquest mode, Dairou is
hired to free Shujinko from
prison. In the present, he has been hired by Darrius to steal the constitution
of Seido and to kill Hotaru. Dairou fails to kill Hotaru given his appearance
in Armageddon.

Ehh...
Why do the later MK designs bore me so much. Perhaps it's the under-developed, afterthought
of a fighting style and appearance that this guy has... But don't take my word
for it, just ask: "What are the chances this guy will develop as a
design?" The answer is slim to none. Exactly.
